Stephen S. Kramer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen S. Kramer of Baltimore, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 27, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bebe" Kramer and Leona Kramer; and his brother Harold Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Kardon Kramer; his children, Ryan Kramer (Sarah) and Paige Kramer; his stepson Jonathan Kardon (Amy); his extended family, Stephen Kardon (Aleece) and Randi Malinowski (Bruce); his brother Louis Kramer (Dee); his sister-in-law Joyce Kramer; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Audrey Kramer, Jonathan, Brendan, Kevin, Caitlyn Glaser, Violet, Mikayla, Rena Kardon, Joshua, Ryan Kardon, Emma and Ethan Malinowski.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208). For information about Shiva, please contact the family.
