We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2024, at the age of 108, Sylvia Schaffer of Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her children, Robert Schaffer and Ina Rankin; her siblings, Emanuel Drapkin and Ida Kalina; her grandson Michael Schaffer; and her parents, Rose Drapkin and Ben Drapkin.
She is survived by: her sister Ester Unger; her grandchildren, Stephanie Ordet (Larry), Rebecca Siegel (Steven), Barry Rankin, Brandon Seckler (Nick Stephens) and Jessica Schaffer; her great grandchildren, Kevin Ordet, Zachary Ordet, Gavin Siegel and Ryder Siegel; and her son-in-law Alan Rankin.
