He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Beth Allen; his parent Collene; his sisters, Brenda Daubert (late Ed), Dianne Klein (late Walter) and Patricia Latzy (Ken); and his siblings-in-law, Chris Allen (late Tim Thompson), Kim Frederick (Mark), Mark Allen (Robin Allen-Mussen), Jill Eisenstein (Bruce) and Amy Allen (late Doug Gillies). He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made in memory of Thomas DeFazio, Jr. to support The Program for Breast Cancer in Men, under the direction of Dr. Pablo Leone, at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
