She was predeceased by: her former husband Cleveland Lee; her parents, Addie Bell and James Artis; her siblings, Addie Mae Wilson, Vivian D. Jones, Valerie A. Artis, William Henry Anderson and James R. Artis; and her son Brandon Antione Lee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bridget M. Chance and Brandy M. Artis; her sons-in-law, Dwayne Chance and Gregory Isaac, Jr.; her children, Patrick Shaw, Antionette Rucker, Damon Wilson, Latoya Artis and LaShawn Greene; her goddaughter Jerri Harrell; her friend Cynthia Amy; and her close friend Beverly McKenzie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Viewing was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Estep Brothers Funeral Service (1300 Eutaw Pl, Baltimore, MD 21217). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
