He was predeceased by: his wife Magafoula Dargakis; and his brother Ioannis. He is survived by: his children, Maria Vasiliadis, Popi Paragios (Ioannis) and Minas Dargakis (Kleopatra); his grandchildren, Theodore, Anastasia, Foula, Eliana, Vasilios, Theodosia and Christina; and his sister Foula.
