He was predeceased by: his parents, Olaf Brokke and Rose Brokke. He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Brokke; his children, Emily Selenski (Jonathan), Alison Arconti (Peter), Vernon Brokke Jr. (Kathryn) and David Brokke; his grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Annie, Emma, Abigail, Sebastian, Patrick and Oliver; and his siblings, Keith Brokke (Brenda), Wayne Brokke and Patricia Meckley (Michael). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and many friends.
