He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Viola Henderson; and his daughters, Victoria Jenkins, Mary Lee Jenkins, Donna Snapp and Patricia Mehren. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (3615 Harford Rd, Baltimore, MD 21218).
