He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Wray Bailey and Gracie Lee Bailey; and his siblings, Milton Harris, Virginia Skinner, Marion Elza and Gracie Narer. He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home (3111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Meadowridge Memorial Park (7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075).
