He is survived by: his children, Lisa Ann Melton, Bill Melton, II (Michelle) and Susan M Burg (Mark); his grandsons, Billy Melton, III and Andrew Melton; and his brother Eugene Melton.

No viewing or services are plan but the family has asked that donations to be made to the hospice of the Chesapeake at the link below in William Everett's honor.
