He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Frazier and Carrie Frazier; and his siblings, Moses Boone, Ida Boone, James Frazier and Melvin Frazier.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Frazier (Davis); his son William H. Frazier of Baltimore; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Sapphire and Nasir Frazier; and his siblings, Jeremiah Boone of Baltimore, Thomas Frazier (Willemina) of Baltimore, Terry Frazier (Christine) of Baltimore, Caroline Frazier of Baltimore, Tyrone Frazier, Elijah Frazier (Bernice) and Cynthia Frazier of Baltimore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service (7527 Harford Rd, Baltimore, MD 21234). The military honors was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
