He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alexander Troy and Blanche Troy; and his brother Stephen Alexander Troy. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Troy; his children, William Alexander Troy (Kandi), David Brooke Troy (Leigh), John Bradley Troy (Kimberly) and Julie Troy Gray; his grandchildren, Isabella Brooke Troy, Talbot James Troy, Charlotte Lucy Troy, Duncan Lucas Troy, Dean Beatty Troy, Lillian Grace Gray and Josephine Harrah Gray; his sisters, Susan Alderman (Howard) and Anne Crist; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Troy and John "Jack" Melvin Schemm, Jr. (Gale). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oak Crest Chapel. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
