She is survived by: her sons, Mayer Simcha (Esther Klein) and Dovid Nissan Klein; her brothers, Yoel (Yale) and Gittel Miller (Gail); her sister-in-law Geri Miller; her grandchildren, Chaim, Leah Miriam Klein (Leslie), Chana Devorah, Shmuel Yehuda Adlerstein, Yaakov Yisroel, Shoshana Klein (Shanna), Mordechai Azriel, Temima Ora Klein, Avraham Tzvi, Malka Bracha Klein, Rochel (Cheli) and Mordechai Bamberger; and her great grandchildren, Chaya Malka (Molly), Yechezkel Yehuda (Zeke), Nachman Yaakov (Jake), Avigail Chava (Lilly), Rivka Ariella, Doniel Mordechai (Doni), Yair, Zahara, Eliana, Channa Aliza, Naava Shaina, Avigail Hadassah (Abby), Tova Rivka Rochel (Rivky), Yeshaya Nesanel (Shaya), Yael Tahilla (Yaeli), Noah Gavriel, Chana Shira, Ayala Chava and Rivka Leah (Rikki).
