We are sad to announce that, on May 1, 2026, at the age of 76, Ray D. Magaha (Barnesville, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Ray is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Ray's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Magaha; his parents, Wilson Magaha and Anna May Magaha; and his siblings, Ronald Magaha (Harriet) and Becky Mentzer.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Moore (Mike); his brother Tommy (Alice); his brother-in-law Perry; his grandchildren, Danny Moore (Brittney Price), Steven Moore, Patrick Moore and Kaitlyn Moore (C. J. Minks); and his great grandchildren, Hailey and Derek. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
