She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hughes and Thelma Hughes (Taylor); and her grandson Joshua Foutz (Renae Foutz). She is survived by: her husband James Gowans; her daughters, Tracy Foutz of Lonaconing, Tori Dolly (Andy) of Westernport and Tara Smith (Chris) of Moscow; her grandchildren, Keeley Smith (Bret) of Avilton and Ian Smith of Moscow; her great grandchild Zachary Foutz of Lonaconing; her siblings, Bob Taylor (JoAnn) of Bruceton Mills, WV and Brenda Alexander (Ronnie) of Keyser, WV; and her cousins, Carolyn Phillips and Pam Gray. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
