He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanislaw Alexander Banach and Rozalia Krysiak Banach; his wife Barbara Ann Porche; and his daughter Christine A. Dorn. He is survived by: his children, Carol M. Vasold, Diane R. Hafner, Mark A. Banach, David E. Banach and Steven J. Banach. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
