He was predeceased by: his mother Judith Anne Lloyd (Deckelman). He is survived by: his father John F. Klein, Jr. (Frances); his son Levi Klein; and his siblings, Marcia Perry (Michael) and John Klein, III. He is also survived by father figure; and several loving nieces and nephews.
