Cudworth; his sons, Aaron Cudworth (Jennifer), Ethan Cudworth and Jordan Cudworth; and his brother Curtis Cudworth (Susan). He is also survived by extended family members and many friends.

Following his extended bout with Alzheimer's disease he looked forward to taking up residence in his heavenly home.
