With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carter Seibel of Bel Air, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on December 28, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Carter Seibel and John Casper Seibel of Baltimore. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia DeWitt Seibel; his grandson Justin DeWitt (Joy Ashby Seibel) of Mount Wolf, PA; his children, Aidan, Ella, Christopher Laird Seibel, Alison McLaughlin of Bel Air, MD, John Carl (Amanda Kiefer Seibel) of White Hall, MD, Carleigh and Ethan; his sister Suzanne Seibel Stover (Michael Stover) of Punta Gorda; his nibling Brooke Stover (Daniel Upp) of Denver, Colorado.; his cousin Karen Martin King of Pottstown; his sister-in-law Jacquel DeWitt (late David DeWitt); and his nephews, Matthew DeWitt (Erin DeWitt) of Mechanicsburg and Ryan DeWitt of Frederick, Maryland.. He is also survived by children, their spouses.
