He is survived by: his uncle Reemus; his wife Elissa Michelle Dennis-Brooks of Aberdeen, Maryland.; his children, Caspberry Brooks III of Havre, Antonio Moore (Khadijah) of Ellicott City, Tyrone of Edgewood, Maryland. and Wanda McKisset of Edgewood, Maryland.; his stepchildren, Kenneth of Aberdeen, Maryland., Jaylyn of Aberdeen, Maryland., Jusiah of Aberdeen, Maryland. and Kymir of Aberdeen, Maryland.; his siblings, Elder Theresa White (Dean) of New Castle, Candice Brooks of Havre, Denise Brooks of Aberdeen, MD and Shirley Brooks of Aberdeen, MD.; and his grandchildren, Jovan, Cianna and Caliyah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
