He is survived by: his wife Lucinda Owensbey (Meyer); his stepson Seth Rhoades (Michele); his children, Logan, Tristen, Madalyn and Lucian; his stepchildren, Dr. Colin Rhoades (Tisa) and Marian Meyer; his stepgrandson Dylan; his sister Lisa Blakeney (Owensbey); his brother-in-law Norman; his niece Grace Blakeney (Robert); and his friend Kenny Womack.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you spend time with loved ones as you never know when it will be the last chance that you get.
