Though Diane may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Diane touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Allen Parscal and Edna Marie Parscal (Hock). She is survived by: her husband Edward Brian Brown; her daughters, Megan Davidson (Jordan) and Renae Sias (Travis); and her sister Susan Harper. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Diane's memory to the Harford County Humane Society, honoring her love for animals and nature.
