She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Eugene Brooks; and her parents, Milton Breidenbaugh and Mary Breidenbaugh (Coe) of Jarrettsville.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ebenezer United Methodist Church (3345 Charles St, Fallston, MD 21047). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at the Highview Memorial Gardens (3433 Fallston Rd, Fallston, MD 21047).
Memorial contributions may be made in Dottie's memory to the Senator Bob Hooper House located at 2007 Klein Plaza Drive, Forest Hill, Maryland 21015.
