He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Horstman Proctor; his daughters, Amy Rebecca Proctor and Carrie Proctor Slothour (Wayne); his grandchildren, Melody, Jasmine, Alyson (Hunter Wilson), Jade (Dylan Bray), Collin (Jenna), Ivy, Rebeka, Willow, Harper and Taryn; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Larson, Adeline, Jaxon and Liam; his siblings-in-law, Deni Keen (Rod) and Trudi Klug (late Wil); his niece Cindy Stewart (Aaron); and his great-niece Carson.
