With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine (Wong) T. Harper of Bel Air, Maryland, who passed away on April 3, 2024 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elaine (Wong) T. Harper to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Kim Fung Wong and Ethlyn Elizabeth Wong; her husband Edward R. Harper; her granddaughter Jillian Harper; and her siblings, Sybil McPherson, Albert Wong, Loyd Wong, Monica Wong, Keith Wong and Ferdinand Wong.
She is survived by : her sons, Edward E. Harper III (Sarah) and Howard Harper (Charmaine); her grandsons, Edward C. Harper IV, Anthony Harper (Marshandra) and Brandon Harper (Amanda); her great grandchild Isaiah Harper; her sisters, Norma Dunlop and Shelia Chin-Fatt; and her niece Joann Martinez. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
