He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rita Josephine Dumer (Regulska) and Gary E. Dumer; his wife Ellen Marie; his children, Jeffrey Riley, Laura Vandemark (Doug), Allison Dumer (Bobby Catanzaro) and Emily Wisniewski (Mike); his grandchildren, Jason, Josie, Liam, Roland, Wyatt Riley, Ian, Ben Vandemark, Jacob, Claire Kingston, Dominic Catanzaro, Makayla and Max Wisniewski; and his siblings, Kristine Walsh (Tim) and Michael Dumer (Tammy).
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at 1114 Baldwin Mill Rd, Jarrettsville, MD 21084. A Mass was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at 1021 St Marys Rd, Pylesville, MD 21132.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hilarity for Charity (http://www.wearehfc.org.) in Gary's memory. This organization was formed for the support of caregivers of those with Alzheimer's and gave important assistance to our family.
