He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Charvat and Doris Charvat (Smith); and his brother-in-law Steve Henning. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Charvat (Henning); his sisters, Karen Hicks (Bob) and Kathy Charvat (Rick Clarke); his sisters-in-law, Denise Lynch and Sharon Henning; and his friends, Val and Bob Capallo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
