He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Karwatka and Aunie Karwatka (Maki). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Karwatka (Cress); his children, Michael Karwatka (Amy) and Laura Barcena (Roberto); his grandchildren, Emily Mirabile (Paul), Travis Karwatka (Mya), Nathan Karwatka, Anabel Barcena and Ellie Barcena; his great grandchildren, Sallie and Landon Mirabile; his siblings, Dennis Karwatka (Carole) and Betty Hildebranski (Bob); his siblings-in-law, Wendy and Mark Snider; and his close friend Nancy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
