He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father George Blume; his wife Agnes R. Blume; his sisters, Anne Bye and Dolores Ritterpusch; his siblings-in-law, Myrell "Okie" Ritterpusch and Pat Blume; his children, Joseph Blume Jr. (Caroline), Valerie Dixon (Mike) and Kimberly Wills (Bruce); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Christopher, Meghan, Andrew, Matthew, Patrick, Danielle, Rebecca, Ellen and Brad; his brother George Blume; and his brother-in-law Stanley Bye. He was also cherished by 14 beautiful great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joseph's name to his favorite small charities: Wounded Warriors, American Cancer Association or American Heart Association.
