She is survived by: her husband Joseph Wayne Kipp; her sons, Kevin Kipp (Sarah) and Tim Kipp; her grandchildren, Hudson Michael Kipp and Kamden Joseph Kipp; and her siblings, Bruce Ebert, Joann Durkin, Nancy Ebert and Janet Schultz.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
