She is survived by: her husband Charles W. Kelbaugh; her children, Cori Buckley, Kim Morgan (Dean) and George Kelbaugh; her brother Theodore Whitesell; her grandchildren, David Morgan (Jordan), Daniel Morgan (Summer), Ashley Buckley and Garrett Kelbaugh; and her great grandchildren, Delilah and Darin Morgan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
