She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Edward Perkins, Jr. and Julia Lee Perkins (Seward). She is survived by: her husband John C. "Jack" Duley, Jr.; her children, Alice Owen (David) and John C. "Jay" Duley III (Susan); her grandchildren, Will, Sarah, Katherine (Andrew), Emily of Brenna, J. T. and Jack; her great grandchild Colter; and her siblings, Nancy Brockmeyer and Martin "Scooter" Perkins. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
