He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Gibson Dew and Elizabeth Marie Kendall (Meyers); his brother Lawrence Kendall, Jr.; and his stepfather Lawrence Kendall, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife June A. Dew (Kellerman); his daughters, Karen A. McDonough (Thomas), Lorie J. Masters (Charles) and Donna I. Walker (Ronald); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Masters, Kristen Masters, Eric McDonough, Christina McDonough Holten (Steven), Taylor Walker, Elaina McDonough and Victoria Walker; and his sister Norretta Geller.
