He is survived by: his wife Geraldine A. "Geri" Popp; and his children, K. Wendy Popp-Simmons (William) and Richard DeSantis.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bel Air Memorial Gardens (809 Rock Spring Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014).
