He was loved and cherished by many people including : his son Kevin Matthew "Hank" Rutherford; his wife Terri Jones Rutherford; his son Andrew Tyler Rutherford (Sam Myrick); his stepchildren, Alison Nicole Sunkel (Brandon) and Brendan Charles Jones; his mother Margarette Louise Rutherford (Earl Mitchell); his sibling Kimberlyn Sparks (Tom); his nieces and nephews, Courtney and Ashley Ramirez; his parents-in-law, Charles William Hicks, Jr. and Sheila Moihra Hicks; and his father George Clay Rutherford, Jr.. He was also cherished by many loving family members and friends.
