She was predeceased by: her father James Russell Kelley; and her siblings, Gene, Thomas, Donald, Rita Savin, Kay Olivier and Norma Boykin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary F. Dugan of Wilmington, DE and Julia (David Butz); and her grandchildren, Paul of Havre, Catherine of Havre, Daniel of Havre and Margaret of Havre. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbors, friends, and caregivers.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Eileen's name to Food Bank of Delaware.
