She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Thomas Rose and Cleo Maggie Rose (Church); her spouse Hurley Harves Blackburn; her daughter Sandra Davis; and her siblings, Maxine Rose, Imogene Mahan and Allen Rose.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Ware (Dale); her grandchildren, Sandra Uehlinger (Gregory), Jeffrey Hahn (Laura), Larry Wolfe (Jennifer), Amanda Mccasson (Jeff) and Nick Davis; and her siblings, Doris Jennings, John Rose, Linda Pruitt and Roger Rose. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
