He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Col. Charles McKnight and Mary McKnight (McGill); his wife Nancy Barbara McKnight (Coard); his former wife Marylyn Lee Hain of Bel Air; his daughter Lauren McKnight Goldberg (Richard) of Montclair, NJ; his grandchildren, Hailey, Rachel, Eric and Casey; his children, Kathryn Alexandra McKnight of Edgewood, MD. and Mark St. John McKnight (Cyndi) of Poolesville, MD; and his grandchildren, Patrick, Matthew and Allie.
