It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Hastler of Bel Air, Maryland, who passed away on October 18, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell William Hastler and Hilda Eleanor Hastler (Goetzke); and his sister Leslie Varga. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hastler; his daughters, Heather Benson (Nathan) and Samantha Wright (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Ella Benson, Hannah Benson, William Wright and Ellie Wright; his sister Lisa Hastler; his sisters-in-law, Cathy Preisendorfer, Linda Preisendorfer and Bobbie Lipieko; and his friend Corgi Skye.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bel Air-McComas Family Funeral Home (50 W Broadway, Bel Air, MD 21014). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
