She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Essa and Mamie Essa; her daughter Stephanie; her parents-in-law, Richard and Jean Montgomery; her brother Fred "Blackie" Deebs; and her sister-in-law Thomasine "Tommie" Deebs (Tim Deebs).
She is survived by: her husband Lee Montgomery; her sons, Steven (Kellie) and David (Jenna) of Bel Air, MD; her grandchildren, Ella, Abby and Mason; her pet Piper; and her sister-in-law Pat Bixby (Mike). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Mary's family requests that memorial contributions in her name be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (http://www.lls.org).
