She was predeceased by: her husband Kyle Bruce Jarvis; her brothers, Joe Dean, Kenneth and Richard; and her parents, Spencer Blackburn and Ethel Blackburn.
She is survived by: her children, David Jarvis (Shirley) of Selma, N. C., Dean Jarvis (Terri) of Darlington, MD and Nancy Lester (Arnold) of Grants Pass, OR; her grandchildren, Dr. Tamara Powell (William) of Oregon, Matthew Jarvis (Lisa), Terry Jarvis (Tara) of North Carolina, Andrew Jarvis (Misti) of Pennsylvania and Andrea Nobile (Jason) of Maryland; her great grandchildren, Carrington, Olivia, Madeleine, Collin, Jaimeson and Bailey; her siblings, Maxine Jenkins, Ruby Schmidt, Diana Lynch (Bill) and Donald Blackburn (Mildred); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen and Edith Blackburn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
