He is survived by: his wife Catherine Ann Urban (Manley); his children, Heather Jones, Michael Urban (Allison) and Erin Urban (Paul Graf); and his grandchildren, Maura Jones, Chloe Jones, Lia Urban, Heidi Urban and Colin Urban.
