She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Poliszuk; and her brother Walter. She is survived by: her children, Michael D. Poliszuk (Yan) and Judith Grote (Rick); her grandchildren, Tyler Grote (Katie) and Juliana Grote; and her brothers, Michael, John and Joseph Panchision. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
