He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth M. Bell and Kate Bell (Leatherman); and his children, Eddie Bell and Cathy Bell. He is survived by: his wife Joan Bell (Niemczyk); his children, David Bell (Lauren) and Sharon Shanahan (John); his stepchildren, Jacqueline Guercio, Russ Cress (Shelly) and Jennifer Busch (Jason); his grandchildren, Kassidy Shanahan, Allison Bell, Steven Fischer, Ajay Bell, Flint Bell, David Cress, Kathryn Guercio, Joseph Guercio, Amanda Forrester, Nick Cress, Corey Cress, Ashley Busch, Ryan Busch, Kara Busch, Caden Busch, Chloe Busch and Emily Busch; and his great grandchildren, Price Kiracofe, Dallas Huber, Layla Forrester, Brandon Fischer, Breanna Fischer, Hailey Fischer and Kaleb Baker.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bel Air-McComas Family Funeral Home (50 W Broadway, Bel Air, MD 21014). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
