Chizmar of Bel Air, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 18, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Gilbert Hellman and Helen Hellman (Gagalski); her husband Theodore Chizmar (Ted); and her brother Gilbert Hellman. She is survived by : her children, Karen, Steve Chizmar, Lisa Sparr, Dr. Paul and Cheryl Chizmar; her grandchildren, Dr. Timothy, Naomi Chizmar, Ashley Chizmar, Maggie Chizmar, Eric, Lauren Chizmar, Benjamin, Hayley Sparr, Kate Chizmar, Luke Sparr, Jacob Sparr and Owen Sparr; her great grandchildren, Natalie and Julia Chizmar; and her sister Sharon Shelton (Patrick). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers should friends desire memorial contributions may be sent to The Rockfield Manor Foundation for construction of a garden in memory of Pat. Donations can be accepted online.
