We announce the death of Paul R. Penner of Bel Air, Maryland, who passed away on June 23, 2026, at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Penner and Louise Penner. He is survived by: his wife Carol Penner; his daughter Linda Mitchell (Robert); his grandchildren, Ashley Mitchell and Katie Mitchell; and his sister Janet Gundlach.
