He is survived by: his wife Joan Simmons; his sons, Brian Simmons (Malory), Kevin Simmons (Jackie) and Jonathan Simmons (Mikayla); his siblings, David Simmons (Janet), Jeanne Henry (Ron), Carole DeCart (Mike) and Gerald Simmons (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Ryleigh Simmons, Brady Simmons, Jaxon Simmons, Callie Simmons and Shiloh Simmons. He is also survived by loving extended family, many special friends, and coworkers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Paul Simmons to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network to support pancreatic cancer research, advocacy, and patient support.
