He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Edward Smith. He is survived by: his mother Katherine Louise Smith (Reik); his brothers, David Smith (Kelly) and Mark Smith (Cindylu); and his nieces and nephews, Isaac Artigue, Bradley Smith, Katy Smith and Alison Smith.
