Richard E. Kinsler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard E. Kinsler (Bel Air, Maryland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 24, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ophelia Kinsler (Craig) and Joseph F. Kinsler. He is survived by: his wife Joan Kinsler (Lecky); and his children, Richard W. Kinsler (Cyndi) of Knox, PA, Robert Kinsler (Brenda) of Joppa, MD, Debra Kinsler of Baltimore, MD and Charles J. Kinsler of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Our King Church (10 Lexington Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014).
