He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Miller and Hope Miller (Blevins); his son Duane A. Miller; and his brother Michael L. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Edith Miller; his children, Daniel R. Miller, Douglas D. Miller, Emily A. Miller and Rachael L. Schertle; and his brother David H. Miller. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
