He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Vickers and Barbara Vickers. He is survived by : his siblings, David Vickers and Karen Sutton (Steve); his girlfriend Kathy Mackey; his nieces, Lindsay, Meredith, Megan and Melinda; and his stepdaughter Nicole Mackey.
